How qualified are your paralegals?
Each team member of Elite Paralegal Consulting is required to have at least five years of verified substantive experience working directly with lawyers and is required to undergo testing in order to assess their skills and abilities. In addition, our Certified (CP)* and Advanced Certified (ACP)* team members have no less than ten years of experience and regularly participate in mandatory substantive continuing legal education to keep up with ever-changing laws and practices in order to provide the highest quality paralegal support available.
How is my information and data protected?
Our team is familiar with the confidentiality requirements of the American Bar Association, the National Association of Paralegals, and HIPAA. Each member is trained in the policies and protocols surrounding the attorney-client privilege, and required to enter into a strict confidentiality agreement.
